E-Mailing Invoices

Important accounting information. Please ensure this information is forwarded to your Accounts Department.

By 1st May 2009 we will be sending all invoices via e-mail on a weekly basis and all statements via email once a month, following month end.

This decision has been taken in order to gain the benefits, both to you and us, of using the latest technological developments and minimising damage to the environment.

In order for us to send your invoices as a .pdf file* via e-mail we will need a generic e-mail address for your accounts department. Please provide us with this at your earliest convenience, by e-mailing gaie@medwaytravel.co.uk.

*A .pdf file is an unalterable document, so you can be safe in the knowledge that the e-mailed invoice you receive is 100% secure from an Auditor and VAT point of view. We appreciate some Apple Macintosh users have had difficulties reading .pdf documents, but we understand that by using “Adobe for Macintosh” this problem can be overcome.  Please click here to obtain a free download.
