Hilton launches new extended stay brand
The average Home2 Suites properties are expected to have 108 rooms, of which 80% will be studios and 20% one-bedroom suites, over four floors. The first property is expected to begin construction during 2009.
Hilton Hotels Corporation has launched a new extended-stay brand called Home2 Suites by Hilton, aimed at the mid-market.
An average Home2 Suites property is expected to have 108 rooms, of which 80% will be studios and 20% one-bedroom suites, over four floors.
The company has announced it has received ten franchise applications for the brand already and the company expects an additional 10 to 15 franchise applications to be approved within the short term. The first property is expected to begin construction in the next 6 to 12 months.
