International Trade and Academic Fairs

If you or your colleagues are planning to visit any overseas trade fair, conference or exhibition in the future, please contact us as soon as possible to arrange your travel and accommodation. The earlier we can make the bookings for you, the lower the cost of the air fares should be, and the greater the choice of hotel accommodation available.
Regular readers may remember the recent introduction of our APTT service, whereby we record the events that our clients are interested in or regularly attend, and where possible will provisionally reserve accommodation in advance.
We strongly recommend you give us the dates of all the fairs and exhibitions your company intends to attend, as far ahead as you can, and our team will recommend when would be best for us to start the block booking process, and later, remind you when the travellers' names need to be confirmed.
We will then jog your memory at the appropriate time each year, to ensure you again have the best choice of arrangements.
