Medway Travel enewsletter January 2010
NEW..Changes to Indian visa requirements
Restrictions apply to multiple entry tourist visas

We have been advised that, effective immediately, passengers holding multiple entry tourist visas to India , who need to re-enter India for a second time within 2 months of their last departure from the country, must now apply for a re-entry permit before they leave their home country.
Additional photos, supporting documents and fees will be required.
Travellers who will be transiting in India, then travelling to a third country and visiting India on the way back to the UK must now apply for a “six month multiple entry tourist visa” AND a “re-entry” permit.
Travellers who have already obtained the “six month multiple entry tourist visa” but not the “re-entry” permit and their departure is imminent are advised to apply for the “re-entry” permit either at the Foreign Regional Register Office (FRRO / FRO) in India or in a country en route to re-entering India.
Business travellers visiting India on business visas are not affected by this new entry rule.
Regulations may be subject to change, so please contact us for the latest information.

Please check all passport and visa requirements for your forthcoming travel. For travel to many countries, UK passports should be valid for at least 6 months, and, the need for visas, and the procedure for obtaining them, is often changing. For the USA, in particular, additional essential details are now required prior to travel.
We work closely with a recognized industry specialist in Passport and Visa services, based in London, enabling us to quickly obtain the necessary information, and then arrange visas on your behalf.
When booking your next trip, save yourself the worry and let us take care of any visa arrangements for you. Contact us for further information.
