Special Rates for Starwood London Hotels
Medway Travel is proud to announce that they have succeeded in contracting guaranteed rates for all our clients across the Central London Starwood Properties.
The maximum Day Delegate Rate guaranteed will be £85.00 and this will be reduced should any of the properties be offering special offers during any given period. This is an excellent rate for Central London four / five star hotels.
SHERATON PARK LANE HOTEL
The Art Deco grandeur of the ballroom at the Park Lane Hotel cannot be beaten. The 11,000 square foot ballroom complex has played host to many famous films and television programmes – from Jeeves and Wooster and Brideshead Revisited to James Bond’s Goldeneye and remains the ideal setting for any special event.
Three state-of-the-art, contemporary Smart Meeting rooms can accommodate anywhere from 8 to 22 people. All boast the latest in meeting technology - from audiovisual conferencing ISDN lines, to multi-system DVD player and VHS, rear projection screen, plasma TV, document camera, built-in flipcharts, hand-held touch screen control system, and a Dolby Surround system.
The Orchard Room, offering expansive natural daylight complemented by a magnificent painted mural and the Drawing Room, with its authentic period décor, are ideal for smaller and mid-size meetings.
The Tudor Rose Room has light contemporary wall coverings and comfortably seats up to 160 persons theatre-style. Whilst the more traditional Oak Room takes its splendid panelling and richly carved ceiling from the 13th century Globe Inn at Banbury, Oxford and accommodates up to 90 persons theatre-style.

LE MERIDIEN PICCADILLY
With a range of nine conference, banqueting, and event suites, accommodating from 4 to 250 delegates and supported by state-of-the-art audiovisual equipment, Le Méridien Piccadilly has rooms to suit all occasions.
The complete first floor consists of seven self-contained conference and banqueting suites and two boardrooms are located on floors close by.
The Oak Room, one of London's most unique venues for banqueting and receptions, caters for parties of up to 160. With their sumptuous grandeur and finery, the Adams and Georgian Suites are ideal for the most prestigious events.
The intimacy of the Adams Suite is particularly well-suited for receptions and dinners, and the Georgian Suite offers a beautiful venue for dinner dances, wedding receptions, and banquets. The Edwardian Suite is a modern, spacious venue, which, with its natural daylight, accommodates everything from conferences to exhibitions and business luncheons.
SHERATON PARK TOWER
Legendary grandeur fills the 3,380 square feet of venue space, creating an atmosphere of distinction and wonder.
The Trianon Room
Not only does this room set a beautiful stage for grand celebrations, but also enjoys an Italian Garden Terrace – unique to venues in Knightsbridge – that adds a lovely dimension to any event, especially during the summer months.
Patrons of the Trianon Room enjoy a gorgeous 167-metre setting, opulently decorated in shades of gold and white, with spectacular floor-to-ceiling windows. The room is perfectly suited to seat 120 guests for a formal dinner, 100 guests for a dinner and dancing, or 150 guests for a memorable cocktail reception.
The Italian Garden Terrace – flagstoned and ablaze with brilliant flowers and plants – offers an utterly charming outside space, with access from the main room. (167 square metres/ 1,798 square feet)
Exploration Suite
In 2006, the Sheraton Park Tower partnered with the Scientific Exploration Society to design three inventive meeting rooms – Venture, Exploration, and Inspiration – that aim to set a dynamic stage for any meeting. Named after the guiding principles in scientific inquiry, these interconnected venues encourage creative discovery with a fascinating blend of history, modernity, and creativity.
The one-of-a-kind rooms, equipped with state-of-the-art technology, are decorated in rich wood panelling and feature rare objects and images from the Scientific Exploration Society collections, including the prow of a boat from the Kota Mama Expedition across South America. The traditionally built reed boat was used to navigate the Amazon waterways, and proves the theory that such craft were used for trade between South America and Africa as far back as 1,000 BC. A replica of the El Colmillo Cave Painting in Southern Chile depicts early Aonikenk hunters, who trekked across the plains of Southern Chile 8,000 years ago.
Venture - 61 square metres/ 657 square feet
Inspiration - 49 square metres/ 527 square feet
Discovery - 37 square metres/ 398 square feet
