Tylney Hall
Welcome to Tylney Hall, a delightful country house hotel set in 66 acres of historic gardens and parkland in the depths of Hampshire

Tylney Hall is a wonderful venue for an incentive weekend for delegates and their partners, and we propose programmes similar to that detailed on the Itinerary tab, but we will tailor-make an incentive weekend to meet your exact requirements.
Example Itinerary
Day One
Private group check-in in one of the exquisite lounges, to ensure a speedy registration.
Once settled in your rooms, enjoy a warm welcome of Traditional English Afternoon Tea in the hotel grounds or in a private function room.
Then, enjoy an early evening helicopter flight or hot air balloon ride from the hotel grounds.
Pre-dinner cocktails and canapes will be served on the Italian Terrace overlooking the stunning Italian Lake and Gardens, followed by a Barbeque or Hog Roast dinner in the secluded and picturesque Hampshire Suite, complete with private gardens and bar.
Retire to your luxurious bedrooms, based on double occupancy.
Day Two
Begin the day with a Full English Breakfast in the hotel's Oak Room Restaurant.
Delegates
Your morning meeting is inclusive of flipcharts, pads, pens and cordials and water in the meeting room. Syndicate rooms and further equipment can also be arranged. Morning tea and coffee is served with freshly baked pastries and lunch can be served in the Oak Room Restaurant or a private dining room.
Partners
Why not relax with a facial or a massage in the Health and Beauty Salon, enjoy a round of golf at the adjacent Tylney Park Golf Club or visit one of the many local attractions, such as Jane Austen's House, Marwell Zoo or Windsor Castle?
Take a relaxed lunch in one of the lounges, or perhaps enjoy a picnic in the peaceful grounds.
Afternoon Team Building
Anything can be arranged from a Crystal Maze Challenge, to a tailor-made hands on cookery class at the neighbouring Newlyn's Farm and Cookery School. Of course, more traditional country pursuits can also be arranged, such as Archery, Duck Herding, Clay Pigeon Shooting and Quad Biking.
This evening, a Gala Dinner will be enjoyed in the Chestnut Suite - almost any theme and entertainment can be arranged. One suggestion is a Black and White Diamond Ball, to include the following:
- Champagne Reception
- Black, White and Diamond decoration in the Chestnut Suite
- Four Course gala dinner
- Jazz band to accompany dinner
- DJ and disco after dinner
Ice Sculpures, Chocolate Fountain, Table Magicians, Mime Artists and Illusionists can all be arranged as additional extras to enhance the event and add to the WOW factor for your guests.
Overnight accommodation in one of the hotel’s luxurious bedrooms, based on double occupancy.
Day Three
Full English breakfast will be served in the hotel's Oak Room Restaurant.
We suggest a personalised tour of the 66 acre estate with the Estate Manager. This is an excellent opportunity to take in the history and experience the beauty of the manicured gardens, woodlands and lakes.
Why not offer your delegates a farewell lunch prior to departure?
