Sutton Valance trip to Malaysia

15 students and 2 staff from Sutton Valence School’s combined cadet force travelled to Brunei where they stayed on the Army Base in Seria. The holiday included jungle survival training with the British Army and working at a school for mentally and physically handicapped children, as well as enjoying the local sights.

As summarised by Eleanor at the end of her report - 'Brunei is full of culture, beauty, history and lovely people. I'm so lucky I have experienced this country.If you ever get the opportunity to visit. DO IT!'

Josh wrote another amazing report, detailing this once in a lifetime experience, sharing training with the Gurkhas, also concluding by telling us about the well earned 3 day rest and relaxation resort stay at the end of the tour, and the visit to the orang-utans.
