We regularly handle travel for academic exhibitions around the world, including Russia, Lativa, Estonia and in many destinations in the Far East.
For many years, for example, we have been chosen as the recommended travel agent for Academic Asia, handling the travel for participants to their Hong Kong exhibitions three times a year, in May, September and October.
Each year we work closely with Sue Anderson Consultants, co-ordinating the travel and accommodation for delegates attending the UK Boarding School Exhibition, held each February in Dubai.
In addition to the dedicated assistance you would expect from our Business Travel service for such events, we can:
- Co-ordinate your personal travel, if you wish, with the plans of colleagues or fellow staff from other schools.
- Arrange any required meeting rooms, or cocktail receptions, during your overseas stay
