Can you give an example of how you go above and beyond for a client?
I approach my role with a client by initially understanding their travel needs and requirements. This allows me to become an advocate for their business and form a collaborate working environment in order to develop long lasting client relationships. I understand all client needs are different and I therefore take a consultative approach and offer advice depending on their requirements. I work with my clients to drive cost-savings in multiple ways and deliver strategic business reviews in order for a client to save time and money in a booking process.
